there's not many places in Dublin that sell tampers even fewer that sell good ones. You could try 3fe (Grand Canal Street Lower), or CoffeeAngel (South Ann Street) or other good coffee shops. If I were you I'd hit the net, try likes of Coffeehit.co.uk who stock Reg Barber ones
