Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sterling didn't spend his holidays practicing finishing, anyway.

For a man with 15 kids, you would think that he'd be decent a finishing in the box.

Can't believe Liverpool wanted to buy him off Barcelona in the summer.

When is Lucas going to get his yellow card .

    Nearly conceded to Cleverly.....awkward.

Maybe he's learnt his lesson, and that's why he tried to finish over the keeper.

Playing well, just having no pace through the middle is killing us. If Sturridge was through the middle you have to think we would be 3/4 up by now.

Happy enough with that. Should really be another goal up. Paying some real nice stuff at times.

    Sakho has been immense.

    Could watch Coutinhio all day.

    Or Hutton.

    After Borini.

Happy enough with that but really should be over already. Sterling deserves a bollocking for trying to be too flash with his finish. Although usually his shots have all the power of a ten year old girl so maybe he was right to try the lob.

Don't you know nothing is straightforward this season. Every game is worry and heartache.

If only Sterling and Coutinho shoot.

Sterling has been disappointing in general, I thought he would have more all round pep after the break. He was smoking too much of the good stuff on his Caribbean adventure.

Very close and fast movement - so hard to tell from when ball was played. As a Villa fan I'd say he was but v close

No where near offside, you could see defender was in a different cut of grass when the ball was played

Would take Sterling off, not really at the races today.

    Maybe push Markovic up.

Kick in the head for Sterling. That's going to hurt

Ya we are back to last years level again just missing a finisher to really give these teams a pasting. Sturridge will go along way towards fixing that

Sanchez really ought to be off by now.

And the commentator said it was his own fault for not releasing the ball and trying to be fancy on the ball

Why take a player of top ability off just because he missed a chance?
    Never understand that.

Hopefully it has the same effect as the French Andy Carroll kicking Skrtel in the head a few weeks back.

Sanchez really ought to be off by now.

How? Sterling had his arm across him dragging him back as he cleared it. Just one of those things in a tussle.

It's not that he missed a chance, I just don't think he's offering much.

On my stream it looked like Henderson made those passes to Borini, and Moreno.
