When filing out a SEPA dd refund form for a Vodafone direct debit that was incorrectly charged, do you complete an Option A or Option B refund claim?

Thanks for contacting us here with your query.

If you require an investigation into this charge, we would recommend selecting option B.

Perhaps you have been in contact with Vodafone, they are aware of the incorrect charge, and you do not need us to investigate, just refund, you can select option A.
