Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Get it serviced and get that problem sorted along with it. Did you get a flue gas analysis printout the last time it was serviced?

You should have gotten a printout of those readings.
Anyway most likely whatever us causing the black smoke is causing the tripping. It is going to be a dirty job for whoever comes to it. Give the technician the same information that you posted here when phoning him.

Just a point on the urgency of this. If there is black smoke, it won't get better, you have to move very quickly and get it serviced before it stops again. Also a greater chance of damaging the boiler and burner the longer it is left. You really should not run it if there is black smoke from the flue.

Black smoke equals Carbon Monoxide in very high levels, stop using it and get it serviced.
