He hasn't a clue. He had to play one clip of two and he played the wrong one.

And gave away the "octopus" punchline when introducing it.

They must be really struggling for guests, Ray mentioned to the Roads Authority lad last week that he should come in, less than a week later here he is

I doubt Ray would ever be letting his kids out to play on the green, mixing with the common people from the Catholic schools........

I assume everyone here is being forced by gunpoint or in an office somewhere that has radio one on so that they have no choice but listen to Ray

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,817 ✭✭✭liam7831

    He slurps a lot

  • Registered Users Posts: 25,420 ✭✭✭✭sligojoek

    Ray: What's your background?
Guest: I'm a father of two children and a husband to Laura.

This guy is right up Ray's street.

    €5.75billion in the charity industry.
New charity regulator with Ray at the moment.
Would not inspire confidence. Ray getting ratty with him. Don't blame him.

Asking hard questions but ... interrupting with lots of his own opinion. I agree the guest isn't great but he only started the job in May

I'm more annoyed listening to that Kildare twat! He needs to get out of the kitchen, as he cant friggin "grill" properly! Turning back to Newstalk now as I'm slowly loosing the will to live with this shoite on Radio 1. " Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!"
    Sounds like my pet pig!

not being forced to listen , but aside from Moncrieff who isn't my cup of tea- theres no other talk radio at this time. don't like listening to music in work

It's funny. Ray (rightly) thinks that CEO's of charities shouldn't be paid too much, but at the same time, he presumably doesn't seem to have a problem with the fact that a broadcaster of his limited ability and ineptitude should command a ridiculous salary of half a million per annum. It's a strange old world....

Harry, what can I say, that belief permeates through Montrose.

Wonder if they would ever do an 'exposè' on themselves.

As you very rightly say..... It's a strange old world.

Someone should shine a light on that place. .....

    Is Kildare in Wales now?

No but there's the old sheep connection.

The bandwagon has moved on. He has to find a new underdog to support now that Wales didn't win the Euros.
