    It's funny. Ray (rightly) thinks that CEO's of charities shouldn't be paid too much, but at the same time, he presumably doesn't seem to have a problem with the fact that a broadcaster of his limited ability and ineptitude should command a ridiculous salary of half a million per annum. It's a strange old world....
