Does he still do the exasperated sigh at the very beginning of every show before he says anything?

That's some hand grenade she dropped while handing off the tiara. Ray not happy to indulge this lad when the conversation is not going his own way.

Ray, a Kildare man, pronounces Donadea as Dundee.

Not once, not twice, but three times!

LOL, heard that - basic research missing never mind he should know this already if he's as active outdoors as he makes out.

Another minor celebrity on now, who has written a book, spouting a stockpile of old cliches :(

I was listening yesterday and was taking great pleasure in pronouncing the word orangutan, wearing it like a badge of honour. And then when he wasn't highly focused, he would slip in to the vernacular and pronounce it as orangutanG. :D

I'm disappointed in all of you for not jumping on the JNLR train, especially since it fits the narrative of the thread! :P

D'Arcy down 3,000 this book, down 2,000 since this time last year (or vice versa). But to be fair, Joe Duffy lost 8,000 this book, which would explain it.

I'm surprised more people arn't turning off.

D'arcy still can't get it together with the buttons. Seriously, a trained chimp could do a better job on the controls.

He's been there 24 months now. Plus 15+ years at Today FM before that. Plus working in the media for another 10+ years before that, plus (according to Wikipedia) another 10 years DJing in clubs before that.

Simple solution? Just get a bloody producer to handle the desk and allow D'Arcy to concentrate on presenting like most talk stations do!

He should get his kids in to work the desk for him (that's if he has kids, I've never heard him mention any).
