    Cmon, of course it is.

Getting a tad anal here, methinks

That's exactly when I put the qualifier after it!

No one is stopping any parent from educating any child in any belief they deem true. You can tell your kids the world is flat, tell them vaccines are poison. No one is stopping you from educating your kids at home. Please stop expecting teachers to do all your kids life experience/education at school. Parents need to take some responsibility.

Personal politics and religion should stay out of public funded schools. Imagine if an enclave of scientologists was a majority in an area and asked for public funding for their school and official recognition of their religion and their teachings. How fecking long would that last.

Religion is the same as sex education, you cant ask teachers to do it all. Far too many parents are cribbing that the fecking government should teach our kids religion/sex. How fecking messed up is that.

Plus you called Darcy a liberal earlier. He is so far from a liberal it is not even funny, plus he is a terrible broadcaster

Don't agree that rd s a terrible broadcaster - I think he's quite good at radio work.

I don't expect teachers to do all the work - where did I say that?

Religion is it the same as sex education - on so many levels.

Many parents want a religious faith based education and have very positive experiences. Why do you think that you have the right to try to vet this? Many don't want it and i won't insist the they state is there to serve the people - the stare needs to support all parents and offer them choice where there is a demand for it

One of my key points is that is that - is it appropriate for a broadcaster on the national station to be so bigoted against a faith community - he has very strong views and all the people he has on the show also share these views there is no balance allowed

Because he asks *everyone* their height, was pointing out a rare justification for it.

D'Arcy with his usual clunky, judgemental interviewing today during the Operation Transformation segment today.

Ray had just interviewed a 5ft 11 man who was 19 stone and got his fully story. Ray then gets to the last candidate, a 23 year old woman.

    Ray: "So you're 23 years old. "
    Girl: "Yes."
Ray: "And you're five foot seven and TWENTY... TWO... STONE."
    Girl: "............. yes :("
Ray: "I mean, you're three stone heavier than Dan, and he's 5ft 11"

He wasn't long pulling her on it, and the interview crashed after that. Surprised he asked her about crisps though, the porridge is great in Ireland too...:D

Yeah..got a bit awkward after that. He just can't keep his opinions to himself even though it destroys the interview. Very unprofessional.

I see he has brought his interviewing skills over to the TV show. ☺

Jenny probably battered the bejesus out of him for the vile and kras way he treated Pamela Anderson. Can't see through the slits, where his eyes used to be.:)

Ive just listened to her stumble through an interview and talk over the guest. If that's superior then Darcy must be silent

humility would be ray coming on air today and saying he made a balls of the interview on saturday or apologise for his crass interview technique.
