Condor racing bike

Picked up a second hand condor racing bike today for €120
It's an aluminium 56cm frame
Mavic wheels / gatorskins - back rim is cracked and missing a spoke
Colnago cheap grouper
Chain needs replacing
Needs new cables
Metal parts needs polishing
Needs new bolts
Frame is scuffed but not dented or chipped

Did I do well ? , I'm fairly new to road bikes and I'm thinking of spending 40-50 doing it up .

Slightly thinking I got ripped off , not sure ........

It's a condor cyclocross bike...
Not set up for cyclocross now but cleaned up its a top commuter with clearance for fatter tyres etc...
Not madly expensive.

Cheers , can't seem to find the same model online anywhere came across only one .
