Buy/make Dutch/Belgian chipper style fritessaus

I've got two slight problem with Dutch fritessaus, both my consumption of it and that the last bottle of Calve in the fridge that I hauled home has gone out of date.

Has anyone ever seen this for sale anywhere in Ireland or for delivery to Ireland? Or, possibly more usefully, figured out a way to approximate it taste-wise?

It seems to be similar enough to low-fat mayonnaise with mustard and possibly ground capers from ingredients lists I've seen before, but I've never found a mayonnaise with a suitable consistency to it.

Being Belgian, I prefer mayonaise with my fries. A Dutch friend of mine however swore that the salad cream they sell in the Lidl or the Aldi (cannot remember which) was basically the same as fritessaus. Why not give these a try?
