Hello,

I've been granted planning permission on a site I own. Now I'm looking to get mortgage approval.
According to new regulation, I know that I need to "hire" a Design Certifier, an Assigned Certifier and a Builder. I was wondering what can be included in the mortgage, just the builder's quote or other things like (connections fees, county council fees, ...)
