Not a single person predicted Wexford to beat Tipperary in this set of games while only martyo predicted London to surprise Wicklow in Blessington.

Once again apologies for the delay.
Top scorer was Agus who managed 26 points in the final round of the league stages. This score moves last year's winner up to fourth position overall. However, Alvin Holler keeps his grip firmly on top spot and remains 5 points ahead of second. Stevecw moves into second spot with clouter just a point further back. It's looking more and more likely that Alvin Holler will become champion, but both Stevecw and clouter will be waiting on any slip up.

The joint top scorers for the final week of the pools competition are Hammar and padd b1975 who both got 10 points out of a possible 12.
So after all the league games have been completed, Alvin Holler is our provisional NFL pools champion for 2015. He finished 1 point clear of Stevecw in second place. clouter and Agus came in joint third place. BUT, this is before the initial promotion/relegation prediction scoring is taken into account. I haven't checked them yet, but all Stevecw needs is one correct prediction more than Alvin Holler and he would overtake the long term leader.

I'll do these scores in a while.

So there you have it. The Champion of the 2015 Boards GAA Forum NFL Pools Competition is Alvin Holler with a total score of 196 points. Alvin Holler finished just 1 point ahead of Stevecw after both posters got 10 points from their initial predictions. It's a well deserved victory for Alvin Holler as he hasn't relinquished the top spot since the start of the competition when he was joint top after week 1. As for Stevecw, it's yet another runners up spot for him in a pools competition.
In third place on his own was clouter on 193 points and last year's winner, Agus, came in a respectable 4th on 191 points.

Top scorers in the initial predictions were castletownman and patmac who got 9 predictions correct out of 13 giving them 18 points.

So congratulations to Alvin Holler once again. Thanks for taking part and for your patience when I didn't get the scores done as soon as I would have liked.
Look out for the 2015 All Ireland SFC pools competition coming up in a week or so to see if blowitupref can defend his title.

I generally leave the New York game out seeing as it's well before the rest of the championship and it always results in a loss for New York.
