This feels like the last few Seahawks games ; not playing particularly well but doing enough to hang on, then grinding them down in the end. Or so i hope.

    Pats or Hawks?

    Lip syncing?

    Yay or nay?

Surely a 30 min break isn't easy for the teams, especially if you had momentum

    Paitriots wouldnt want this

Thats my take on the half time show.

Beats the last few years, not that its difficult to.

They had used all their timeouts, and they were as likely to end with zero points as they were with 3, let alone the 7!

They definitely had one left. New England took their timeout directly after Seattle called one.

Now Katie, please do a Janet Jackson... MOD EDIT: This is a family show!

Family show? It is past 1 o'clock in the morning. If any kids are still up then the parents should be reported to the ISPCA (or is that the animals one?)!

Bit of Missy Elliott that's what I am talking about!!!!!!

I will gladly forfeit whatever street cred I possess and admit that Katy Perry knows how to pen a tune.

Why didn't the pats just foul the receivers in that last play

The half or the end of the game can't end on a defensive penalty.

I'd pay money to watch Belichick be forced to watch this and give his thoughts on it after.

Yeah I know that but they only went for a quick pass knowing that they'd still have time for the FG if it was incomplete. No way they go for it if it was definitely the last play

Going for it was a no brainer. 6 seconds is plenty of time to see if anyone is instantly open and throw it away. Good shout on the idea to foul the receivers. Man to man coverage just tackle them at the line and it's only a 5 yarder Seahawks would just take the 3, though it would be horrifically bad sportsmanship. Patriots doing the bread and butter better but it doesn't mean they deserve to be ahead. Deep balls, red zone picks and 30 second TD drives are all part of the game and there was no luck involved in those. That said the Patriots might have the better prospects in the second half considering how effective they've been against Lynch, they have to fancy their chances if they can make it Brady vs. Wilson.

I'll go one step further and say that I'm pretty impressed by these costume changes.

This is the first half time show I've watched, but this kinda suits the SB.

I think the Patriots showed in that half that they are the better team, and they can consider themselves unlucky to be tied.

    Nothing wrong with it ^^^

On offense the Ravens wanted to burn the clock and give up a safety and so told their linemen to maul and hold. It didn't matter it would result in a safety. They were praised for it.

The sharks really messed with my head an I'm sober, at first I thought they were dolphins but then realised the dolphins will never make the Super Bowl

    5/10 for the halftime show.

1/10 for my attempt to leave the pub, get a takeaway and get home thinking bugger all would happen after the 2 minute warning.
