I stopped following the news today untill 9pm just for a break from it. At this point I'm satisfied I'm doing my part and can google a question if I have it so theres nothing to be gained by being glued to worse and worse updates. Dr Harry Barry is dead right here and also has a great name.

I think he got his ears pinned back for a rte show a couple of years ago so in rte thinking hes medically qualified .

One thing I'm confused about is like say you do your 14 days self isolation, then what like, it's not like anything is different then apart from you either definitely dont have it or else you are no longer Infectious. You could walk outside and get sneezed on right away and then have to start the 14 days again?
