Gas boiler working automatically during temps below zero

    My boiler is outside d house in a shed. It starts automatically when temps below zero. Can I reset the thermostat to say minus 4 without damaging d boiler? Currently d boiler is active through d night due to zero temps.any advice?

    ...why would you want to lower the frost setting ? Water freezes at 0 deg, so you want to expose your boiler to potential frost damage ???

    In fairness it's improving the building the boiler is in you should be doing, not adjusting the boiler...............
