    Hi there,

    we have developed a cloud based operations platform specifically for SMEs. It currently allows for processes such as purchase requests, leave requests, time tracking and planning to be completely digital. Currently we are taking on companies as beta testers who will have free use of the platform (for 12 months) and we currently have the following modules available online:

    Leave Requests
    Purchase Requests
    Timesheets
    Calendar Planner

    In mid/late February we will have the Travel (integrated with Skyscanner for flights & Expedia for hotels) and Expenses module online followed by the Project Management module available in April.

    Currently we have no beta testers from Ireland and we would be very happy to have some to have some feedback , you can take a look on www.sapenta.com and register on http://www.sapenta.com/en/register/

    i have no idea what SME would be interested in such a suite of applications. what does the market research say?

    Here in Spain we have found that the smaller SMEs (less than 5) have initially not be interested in all of the tools, but after using one of them for a short period the benefits in time saving have been quite noticeable, especially those that have come from say in the case of leave request using paper, excel or just trust. Most have then progressed onto using the time tracking and then depending on the nature of the business purchasing. For those that have 5+ they tend to already use tools but from different suppliers so data is not shared between them, and the feeback we are getting here in Spain is that the benefit from having varous tools sharing the data is they are able to get more out of it in terms of efficiency.

    Having gone from a 2 person company to 40+ now, I would of saved a lot of money just in time alone had we been using the tools here. We use the software internally ourselves and even with the modules we have currently available we save over 10% in time that was previously lost.

    Also to mention once we complete all the tools, you will be able to build the package to suit your needs, so if you only want one module that's an option. For testing we give access to all the modules.
