    folks,

I am looking for a good panier rack and bag combo for heading to the office.
It will therefore need to fit folded trousers and shirt with minimal creasing, but I am also thinking it would be better if it was a seat stem only fitting if possible as it possibly needs to be moved between bikes.

I have ortlieb panniers. 40L capacity for two and easily fit a suit and shirt on one of the panniers. Waterproof. Very happy with them - a relief not to have a backpack anymore.

Mounted on a madison pannier so won't fit your criteria for a seat post mounted onr
