Hi. Last year my wife have left for maternity leave in august. She have got paid for all annual leave holiday days she had( about 2 weeks of holidays) to that date.
Is she entitled to get paid for annual leave holiday days that she accommodated during maternity leave?

    She's entitled to the leave.

But she is only entitled to be paid for it when she either takes the leave, or resigns.

She is also entitled to get time off in Lieu of the Bank Holidays during her Maternity Leave and she entitled to her full Annual Leave for the Period.
