A Canon 5d (original one) in 2015?

Would an original 5d still be a good buy these days or are there better newer options these days for full-frame on a small budget?

    I use 35mm film cameras sometimes - I just want a FF.
Not really interested in video, I know it's limited in that regard.

    It's the body I have and it'll be a while before I upgrade :)
