    Make sure you all get Corsix TH too, modernises things considerably to allow windowed mode and hd resolutions etc: https://github.com/CorsixTH/CorsixTH/releases

    Does that fix the camera controls? I bought this game and lasted to the end of the tutorial when the camera decided it was going to go hide in the corner and not do anything else.

    I've been able to use the arrow keys to move the camera, so I guess so? Most recent release from the Corsix team was in December, so if it was a bug in a previous version, maybe it's fixed.

    Hi, thanks for this.

    I downloaded it for free with origin. I was using DOSBOX with it. But it's been pretty buggy and now it won't even start for me!

    I'm not v techy but wondering is the link you provided above an alternative to DOSBOX? Would love to get theme hospital working again. Love the game!

    Do I just download this and it will sync with the game? Is there anything else I need to do? Will i delete DOSbox?

    Is anyone else having the following problems?

    - Now I can't even get the game to start, it crashes when I try to start a 'new game'
    - Lost my save (I was on level 9)
    - When I was able to play, the mouse would often jam so I had to start over

    The download from EA already has DosBox - so if you're running it from your own dosbox, that might explain the issues.

    CorsixTH does away with all that nonsense, you just need to point it at the data files for Theme Hospital wherever your Origin install is (which it asks you to do when you install CorsixTH) and then it runs.

    Don't be afraid of it, just do it, you can always uninstall :p

    i had to play around with the settings but think it's ok now.

    Looking forward to playing it properly next chance I get. thanks again!

    Such a shame DOS is the one recommended, your link was much much better!

    Well the Corsix is unofficial and unlicensed - but as it requires an original copy of the game to work, I think it's been given the unwritten blessings of EA cause it makes more people want to play the game.
