I notice that construction has started again here on those apartments. Does anyone know what the plans are?

Block K, which is constructed to first floor level, has
planning permission for a future residential development
of 166 units, with potential to increase to 180 units, and
1,375 sq m of commercial space. An additional 200 car
spaces have already been constructed at basement level
and are not occupied.
