What career path??

Im done Construction management and engineering. I would rather a job with a base or maybe 3 days travel not 6 months here and then 4 months the otherside of the country. So Im looking for advice into what would be a good career path to take? I was thinking of a masters in town planning or something along the lines of…

I was thinking of a masters in town planning or something along the lines of environmental.
But is there jobs in this?

Energy management seems to be a booming industry, so was thinking doing a masters in that to join a consultancy or maybe facilities management company.
