“On January 20th, Tuesday afternoon, Edgar Froese suddenly and unexpectedly passed away from the effects of a pulmonary embolism in Vienna. The sadness in our hearts is immense.

“Edgar once said, ‘There is no death, there is just a change of our cosmic address.’ Edgar, this is a little comfort to us.”

One of the greats in the multi-dimensional synth led era of music.

They did some really good stuff back in the 70s but really, anything that came after around 1980 was a bit meh to my ears. It's mind-blowing how much music TD produced though. Not all of it good, mind.
