Any program that is speech to text

    I want to know if there is a program i can get that converts speech to text on a text file particulary speech from a video.I have a long video on my computer and i want to make subtitles for it but typing takes too long and i want a program that will write down text on a video file i am playing on the computer so i can make subtitles.Does such a program exist.
