Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi vinnie

not many people know this but your alarm can be monitored by abother company, its just like switching your landline from eircom to vodafone just say, any company tied to a monitoring station will be able to take over your alarm for around 150per year in around that figure

I know this thread is a bit old but the following might help others.

If anyone needs an engineer code for these panels PM me.

Drop the outer lid & enter engineer code.
Delete option 04 and select done.
Delete option 05 and select done.
Delete option 06 and select done.
Add option 43 and enter the phone number you want the alarm to ring and select done.
Add option 44 10 and select done.
Add option 17, 20 and select done.

For option 17 some Simon panels need to see 3 digits if so enter

Add option 17, 020 and select done.
