Probably because it's obvious desperation like I said. Jose Aldo is the next opponent no matter how much they trash talk. Frankie was talked about by Megan right after the fight and Dana said a strict "no, Aldo is next". Conor isn't stupid enough to fight a guy ranked lower than him while he's on the up. It doesn't matter your opinion on whether it's a good match-up or not.

Very very naive to think that Aldo/McGregor is set in stone. Anything could happen between now and the time they fight. If for any reason, Aldo can't fight again, Edgar has first dibs on McGregor. And what about if McGregor gets injured?

Aldo won't be allowed sit out and wait for him to come back.

ivan jorge far and away the biggest underdog on the fightcard

I did back casey myself though, she was overpriced at 11/4 and gave a decent go at it round one anyway

Hahaha loved the little ninja edit asking "who?" when I mentioned Sanchez. Beautiful attempt at pedantry failed. How did you end up backing casey when you never knew she had a hyphenated name with sanchez on the end?

If Conor gets injured, then he will wait for Aldo like Conor has waited for him. Pretty obvious.

Dana has given a strict no to this fight. My point wasn't even that it was a bad match-up but it seems you guys on this board love contrarian views like nothing else. It was the fact that his trash talking was a desperate attempt to get Conor to bite.

Odds on Jorge are outrageous. Bookies giving him next to no chance.

If Duffy was any more relaxed, he'd be asleep. Nothing fazes him I'd say.

Sorry to ask again but are BT not showing this live? Watershed reasons? I really wanna watch Duffy so panicking! :)

Joe looking fcking awesome again today. The hype train building behind him will jump up a notch I'd say.

Well deserved too, he looks incredibly good.

Super performance...I'd take him as a co-main behind Gunnar in Dublin!!

    .

Nothing obvious about it mate. If McGrego/Aldo is set up for a huge blockbuster stadium show as is being predicted, the only thing that's obvious is they will have a contingency plan in the event of an injury. Most likely Edgar at the moment.

And as for Aldo waiting on McGregor?? If Jose comes back and Conor suffers a serious injury that puts him out for another 12 months there is no way on earth will Aldo want to or even be allowed to stand out for so long.

Still crazy how you never knew her name before betting on her and called me out on being right then edited out your pedantry tbh. I wouldn't be bothered to edit out the fact I was wrong in saying Casey was the biggest underdog on the card when she was in fact #2 biggest underdog. But I suppose you were just plain wrong, while I was just slightly.

OT: lol at how he pronounced Donegal.
