Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You understand what I am saying???

No you said he wasn't as good as our other forwards. I don't think you understand what you're saying yourself.

And the reason I gave was awareness and vision

The goals :p Heh, Rosicky has played a blinder, Theo got a nice goal (the 1st one). We've been all over them for the most part, Flamini and Chambers were to blame mostly for their goal.

Big time, well cynical. Pity he didn't punish them with the freekick, was close.

Ospina is so much more assured in goals

He's been dire, Scez has been poor as well. Think Bellerin and Ospina should defo be back in the team this weekend against Villa.

    akpom has looked fairly good

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,483 ✭✭✭brianregan09

Woj again there throwing the ball straight out , Relax take you're time kill the game whats his rush like we're defending a one goal lead schoolboy stuff

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,116 ✭✭✭✭Quazzie

Twice Akpom should've squared for Sanchez. That's the problem with lads playing these one off games because they feel a need to show what they can do rather than playing for the better of the team.

I agree but he's gotten himself on the ball in some nice positions

Chambers has been muck definitely and chez is too impulsive...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,483 ✭✭✭brianregan09

    Thank **** for that

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,678 ✭✭✭Marcus Antonius

Never make things easy for ourselves but the result is what it's all about. Tomas for man of the match without a doubt :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,012 ✭✭✭✭Alfred Borden

Would have preferred Sanchez to have gone to the corner with them frees and thought he was very wasteful in possession when he came on, but he is the last player we can complain about!haha

Good win. Just enough grit at the end to make it interesting. Good to see us getting through it with no injuries (ramsey?) despite the best effort of Greer

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,404 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Very lenient refereeing. Allowed them kick lads all day.
Not great but a win is a win.

Was pretty impressed with China. Would like to see more of him in the next few weeks. Hopefully they convince him to sign

In saying that, Akpom looks very assured going forward on the ball, great bit of control and doesn't seem to shy away from taking a shot, the one he took was a good effort.from an angle, tested the keeper.
