No super intensity just the body fragile right now.
did 12mins today followed by 8 x50seconds with 30 secs recovery.
    5mins cool down.

Would you not be better just running easy for a while then? Instead of throwing in some faster stuff. It's the fast stuff that usually leads to injuries particularly if you're out of shape and only coming back!

9 mile run today, just couldn't take anymore abuse from TRR.
I agree about the faster stuff but the 8 x 1minute was very controlled and was just to open up the hip flexors a little and see how they react.

I think its the availability of sports bars in the working environment that ****s you up Kev. Be an interesting study to see what would happen if you didn't stock them anymore and sold celery sticks instead.

TW. Have you ever tried the Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga)?

Its an extremely tough workout in itself, so helps with the strenght and fitness. With the manipulation of skeleton and muscle that the 40 degree heat provides I think its one of the best injury prevention sessions.

There was time at the end when the class was finished (10 mins) for me to do some specific work on my trouble while the room was still pretty hot.

Its great for the concentration too (you need it to last the 90 minutes in that heat.)
It wouldn't do the weight any harm either if thats still a focus.

Its 50 quid for an unlimited month initially I think. Im not a salesman or anything but a month could be worth your while as a new positive angle.
