Cooker knobs, are they a standard size?

We bought a Belling cooker about 3 years ago, to say it's a piece of sh*t would be a massive understatement. Anyway, this morning one of the knobs for the hob broke so I can't turn the ring off unless I switch the cooker off at the wall. There's another loose knob which slid off so when I tried to use it to turn the ring off I noticed that that one is also split and will break before long.

The quality is so poor that I know if I source replacement Belling knobs the same problem will occur so I would prefer to buy better quality parts if knobs are standard. Does anyone know if they're standard?
