26-01-2015 3:02pm#1Hi there, looking for peoples thoughts on the Limerick suburbs and East Clare property predictions for 2015? Looking at picking something up around the Clonlara, Ardnacrusha region or anywhere around those areas. Prepared to live elsewhere though for the right house.
Just wondering about what people think the market will do this year around Limerick and Clare? A lot of the threads on predictions seem to merge to Dublin property prices which is a different world regards property prices than down in the better parts of the country
