did you read the secret or similar books? I would recommend it to practice it more

I recommend you read 'The Game of Life and How to Play it' by Florence Schinn Schovel. Don't be put off by the many religious references. It's a small easy to read book with useful affirmations at the back. I read it about a year ago and persisted at the affirmations and I have to say my life has changed for the better since.
