    Has anyone else had any dealings with this company? I ordered and paid for goods on Dec 5th and still haven't received them. I have tried numerous times to contact the company via phone, e-mail and their Facebook page but haven't received a reply.
    I know they're still active as their Facebook page had lots of posts by other people in the same situation as me looking for the company to contact them and to deliver their goods, but all they do is remove these posts from their Facebook page.
    Does anyone know what my rights are?
