Charlemont Clinic sold

I just found out the Charlemont Clinic was sold last November and all the doctors have been dispersed to the four corners of Dublin. Bit of a surprise, but it was a hodge-podge of buildings and probably needed tidying up. Does anyone know if it was a forced sale, a NAMA sale or something else?
