What to do with roasted buckwheat semolina?

I picked up roasted buckwheat semolina (to boil in the bag). Does anyone know what I can use this for? I have only used buckwheat for porridge or have had it as a wheat flour substitute, but I´m not quite sure how this can be used since it has to be boiled in the bag. Any suggestions for using it as a dessert type thing or as a side dish?
    Thanks!
