Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've searched the forum here but found very little info and feedback about people actually making a claim on their gadget insurance. I want to insure an iphone 6 and an ipad air as when you add up the cost of replacing these if anything happened, its not cheap.

So when it comes to actually making a claim, what are other peoples experience? I've heard a lot of folklore about the various insurance companies using all sorts of tricks and excuses to avoid paying out for repairs and replacements. Whats it really like out there?
