How long after documents are returned will loan funds be received?

    Hi,

    I received loan approval last Friday and I sent my signed documents off on Sunday. I called customer service today and they told me they had not received my documents, so it appears they may have been lost in the post. I reprinted the documents and signed them again, and they will be couriered to Dublin tomorrow. I'm just wondering how long after these documents are received by BOI will the funds be available for me, assuming everything is in order?

    As this can depend on your account, it would be best to call our Lending team on 0818 200 334. A representative will be happy to check this time frame for you on your specific loan. Our Lending team are available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
