Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The TDM's front end is all over the place, when I go hard down it just doesn't feel safe, theres a jitter/shake on the bars. Whats the best way to test whether its the headstock or wheel bearigs (assuming its one or the other)

For headstock play, put her up on the mainstand(If you still have it) ,grasp both forklegs and pull towards you, if there is any clunking, however slight, you have play. Sometimes they will adjust up (Not always)
Forgot to add, let the forks drop from side to side(lock to lock) and feel for any notchiness in the bearings or tightness.

Wheel bearings, turn wheel to one side, grasp wheel by the tyre at 4 0'clock and 10 0'clock and again push and pull towards you, any play which you will either feel or even hear means wheel bearings need a coat of looking at.

    Hope this helps.

As above, but also: sit on the bike, front brake on fully. Then rock the bike back and forward against the brake and if they're bad enough you'll hear the click at the headstock. If you can reach, put your finger where the headstock nut is whilst doing it and you might just feel it clicking too.

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

It could also be a cupped tire caused by low tire pressure, check the tire for an even curve, no bumps or uneveness along the threads.
