    Anyone know?

    Who is Neil again?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,934 ✭✭✭✭fin12

    Neil is Douggie's brother.

Sorry this has nothing to do with Fair city but just incase anyone is in Centra for the next 3 days, Pringles sour creme and onion 190g are 1 euro. Pretty good deal and 7up 2ltr is 1 euro as well for the next 3 days.

Thanks fin2 now I'm craving those Pringles!

I think they just have him on hold at the moment, I don't remember him going anywhere.

Orla is as much a loser.

    Give me Wayne any day.

Nah she's a headwrecker, he's a dummy so on second thoughts they're a perfect match.

They cut FC in case it took a few hundred thousand viewers from the match

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18,050 ✭✭✭✭The Talking Bread

How many times does this have to be explained. FC is commissioned for a certain amount of episodes per year. They cannot go over or under this contractual amount of episodes. They therefore have to cut certain episode dates per year so that they can even out the weeks and have at least 3 eps per week.

Therefore they must pick cretain dates that are suitable that they don't lose out a big audience. This is similar with EE. They choose bank holiday Sundays (most of them) when a good majority of audience are out socialising as well as big match days. (Last night was our biggest win in over 14 years..... it took in over 1 million viewers. It was the proper decision)

4 episodes is a huge amount for a small budget soap. People need to get over the odd they that is missed. It's out of FC and RTEs control.

So I presume like so many other fair city characters, Jo and Ben will just stay away indefinitely and be seldom mentioned again ?

I wonder what's happening to the launderette and who is supposed to be running it.!?...Meanwhile.......
" Nina continues to struggle with her double life. Laura
wants her to attend a viewing of a house with her, so she
misses her visit to Sash as a result. Soon afterwards,
Charlotte finds a letter addressed to Nina from the prison
while helping Laura plan Nina's party. Without realising,
Charlotte puts the letter in Laura's bag. Nina has to cover
her tracks and lie to Laura when she comes across the
    letter later.
Realising it's from the jail, Laura asks who Nina's prison
friend is but she shuts down the conversation. Laura
brings it up again later, so Nina eventually lies and tells
her that the prison contact was a source from a few
    years back."

Ok, we've solved the mystery of the whereabouts of Rocco, now to the whereabouts of Jo? I didn't see Leo's cab do an airport run? Where is she?
