Renee : There are other shops.

No way. Sure I do all my shopping in a corner shop, sure it's only nearly twice the price that I'd get from a supermarket.

Just caught up now on last night's episode.

One thing I noticed from that scene - now I know why they couldn't jump start Jackie's car - they probably couldn't get jump leads long enough. The scene showed Leo's car reversed in front of Jackie's car - wouldn't it have made more sense to have them facing one another for jump starting or did I miss something?
I said the same thing. But my OH (rightly or wrongly), reckoned they were back at Paul's garage at that stage.

You needn't think you're getting away that lightly. It's up on RTE Player!

Trigger was in it from the very start, wasn't he? Does he not call Rodney 'Dave' in those early episodes?

I have just watched recently season 1 and 2 and can't remember hearing Trigger call Rodney dave, maybe i'l look over them again, Netflix so annoying just have two seasons up, should have put all the seasons up.

No point in making changes tomorrow - FC isn't on again until Sunday. :D

I did the same a few weeks ago and don't remember a Rodney/Dave reference. Either way, The old "Grandad" episodes are some of the best. It would be nice to see some of the newer ones too.

i'm beginning to think you two are winding people up! Rodney/Dave/Trigger is one of the most culturally important aspects of tv history.

heres two of the best bits in case you have, indeed, been deprived of this.

Never thought I'd live to see the day when somebody would have an unkind word to say about Fair City. What has the world come to at all, at all? :D:D

    I'm not winding anybody up.

Neither of those episodes are in the first 2 series that we are talking about.
