    Is it possible to register the name of a previously dissolved (2009/2010) company with the CRO?

    Contrary to a post in the quoted thread, there are some words that are not allowed in a Co Name and others need permission - e.g. insurance is one.

    I would avoid using a name similar to that of a dissolved company as some suppliers might make an incorrect connection between newco and the dissolved one, thus it could have a negative impact on the credit rating.
