    It really does, seems to have sorted out the driving somewhat.

    That approach to set up the eagle putt was vintage Tiger.

    The precision and control he has on his irons is by far the best of tour. His control of spin and trajectory is top notch.

    Hes back. His driving has improved exponentially in the last 2 weeks. Iron game as good as ever and putting rock solid. I cannot envisage Tiger not winning another major. And Im 100pc positive he'll be #1 again at some point. If he wins this week, and it will remain an "if' until it happens (but it will happen), I can see both of the above scenarios taking place in 2019.

    I won't say he will do x or y, golf is a fickle game. But this comeback season has been one improvement after another and he's now playing proper Tiger Woods stuff again. I honestly didn't think that was possible this time last year. Maybe tt's even better than what he thought himself was possible. And a win or wins even, a major or a number 1 spot seem actually possible again. Last couple of days he's looked the best he's been in, I don't know, ten years?

    He's finished Thursday and Friday as joint leader. He'll be very disappointed if he doesn't win it from here.

    Currently 21st in the world, from 21 counting tournaments, but his ranking points are being divided by 40 competitions.

    For the bants, I took the adjusted ranking points from his most recent 20 tournaments, multiplied it by 2 and divided it by 40 to get a more *real* [to me] approximation of his current rank.

    8.555

    He'd be 5th in the world and on current form I reckon his average will be much higher than that by the time he reaches 40 tournaments played
