Bathroom renovation cost dublin?

Hi all, I am currently in the process of seeking quotes for renovating 2 bathrooms in my home, the ensuite and main bathroom.

I have a quote from an extemely nice contractor who seems very reputable. To be honest we requested a budget quote with my requesting the one added luxury of the Hansgrohe shower and tap. Unfortunately the overall quote just shy of 14000 is over my budget over. No fancy German shower system for me ;(. Could you guys look over my quote and give me your opinion. Thanks
