what happened last night up at the train station cops everywhere

    A serious incident in carlow train station, Uniformed Garda and Plain Cloths detectives in black cars swarming all over the place. CSI in the white head to Toe. Most of the train station and the road leading from St. Catherine's Community Services Centre top to bottom of road cordoned off. Any one know why?

    I heard that 2 or 3 gardai were injured and are currently in hospital
    Apparently a squad car was rammed during the chase

    Three men have been arrested in Co Carlow following a road traffic incident in the early hours of this morning.

    The incident occurred at about midnight. Several garda units followed a car to Carlow town after it failed to stop at a checkpoint on the N80 near Clonegal. The car then rammed a garda patrol car on St Joseph’s Road, before the three occupants were arrested.
    the three might already be released while a file is prepared for the DPP

    A car crashed through a check point resulting in a high speed chase through several towns ending up crashing through a road block on St. Joseph's Rd. Drugs found in the car, two cops in St. Lukes (death sentence right there imho :D)
