Wasn't Star/Linzi's mother in the pub recently having a drink and Sharon seemed to know her?

Tina's being so needy and behaving like a child recently, although Sonia's attitude towards her isn't much better.

Denise made it look so awkward trying to pick her necklace up.
Why didn't she drop the scarf straight away and then pick it up instead of dragging the situation out?

I think the mother is landlady of another pub and that's how they knew each other maybe?

Right, Phil got a call from Louise's school to say she'd been in a fight.
He was going to the school to sort it out but Jay offered to go instead.
When he got there, he saw Louise and Rebecca sitting outside the headmaster's office and Jay asked who she'd been fighting with.

Before she could answer, Linzi's mother could be heard and then she was seen dragging Linzi out of the office, in her school uniform.
That's how Jay realised Linzi was a schoolgirl.
But in answer to your question, Rebecca is Linzi's friend.

I would say Denise could be pregnant, it is right about the time for conception for a Christmas birth story - and we know how much they love people giving birth around Christmas on the soaps!

Therefore she could corroborate Jay's explaination (though I know this does not help him with the photos or videos on his phone). Is Star saying he they did stuff in order to get attention?

I wonder would having nude photos of teenagers who are the same age as you count as being a nonce, e.g. if Jay had photos of a 14 year old from about 8 years ago who is now 22. I recall there were numerous nude photos circulating when I was at school.

The pornstar Peter North is 58 and has starred in porn movies with women as young as 20 which is legal yet an 18 year old would be arrested for having intercourse with a 15 year old.

I was wondering this, especially the Carters as they knew her mother. Although I can't recall if anybody other than Abby and Ben/other Mitchell's had even seen or met her and Bex, Sonia, Tina etc would have known her as Star rather than Linzi so they wouldn't have made the connection

Phil nearly killed her when he took down the car lot office so others would have seen her then even though it was Louise he injured

I feel like Jay is being treated even worse than Dean was last year. I mean Dean got some suspicious eyes, but apart from the Carters, he was given an easy time from the rest of the residents. Yet Jay is being treat like public enemy No.1. Even before they found the photos on his phone people were already judging him before seeing or hearing the true details.

Anyway if I were Jay I would have pleaded not guilty. I mean the photos were pretty bad, but pleading guilty only made him look even worse if you ask me.

I agree and even Max a presumed murderer got off more easy from all around

The whole storyline just seems slapped together without much thought, like they just wanted a "big" storyline for shock value/ratings. A lot of people's reactions are a bit OTT and nobody is letting him explain.

I don't know I think the fact it was shown makes it more likely Denise will end up the duff, all the baby talk with Libby and her losing JJ too

But when they don't show people taking precautions or if there is no mention that's when its way more likely for the person in the soap to end up pregnant, but the fact they showed it, that's why I was thinking that she wont, I hope to god she isn't, there is no need for more Mitchell,s in soap world.
