Have been enjoying Eastenders lately I must say. Whilst there's not a lot happening, it's become a lot more talky and character-driven, no screaming and roaring. Looking forward to where it'll go with bigger storylines.

Im not pushed on Lee.He looks like he should have a boyishly appealing quality but I find he has a whiny, dopey expression. He has a look about him too, of one of those dozy people that has to be asked three times to do something and has no initiative and really get on your nerves during pre menstrual times.

nah, I doubt it. They wouldn't do that story to her. Especially considering Sylvie is running that plot and Emmerdale also.

The blindness and deaf aspect has to be written into the script incrementally to alleve the stress on the actress coping with the same on screen I imagine.

June Brown doesn't want to leave the role and I think an alzheimers story would be an awful way to end her legendary character. She will be "Dot" as we know her until the end, I envisage.

It is also a very highly energetic role, playing out alzheimers and the actress would not be able to cope with that along with her senses failing her at the moment.


Well I hope I am right anyway. An alzheimers story to close Dot's character would be far too much.
