Another vote for Danny Dyer here.

Eastenders definitely deserved the best soap award at the NTA recently and Danny Dyer definitely deserved his award.

Just to add re the NTAs, I loved the fact that Adam / Ian dedicated their win to The Weatherfield One. Such a gracious and really nice thing to do, following Anne Kirkbride's sudden death.

On the Danny Dyer debate..His character acts very similarly to how he acts in real life so it's hard to judge how good he is. everyone is entitled to their own opinion. So far tbh I can't say I've been overly impressed with his performance the way I have been with Adam Woodyatt recently and Steve McFadden -many times over the years. although in saying that, I love him in the show, he looks good and has a cool air about him that I haven't seen on the show since Den ' s early years.

How did Emma realise Lucy was killed at her own home with the jewellery box?

I reckon she merely realised that jane had lied about being at home in Massoods all night as her car was in front of massoods house. yet when the phone video was made (i think fatboy and a few were in it, lola and whitney?) her car had disappeared. i think it is something along those lines. actually i am not sure if emma even saw that recording so that may not be it. but she had cctv coverage stills of some sort. she had some sort of epiphany when dean said "it only takes 5 minutes for something dreadful to happen" meaning perhaps within 5 minutes jane had cleared up the "s. o. c" and drove off with the body, i reckon. the beales phone log would also surely have been investigated so this may also have led her to jane. i think jane's car/jeep is key though. i hope this is made clear somehow but i doubt it.

incidentally i think it will be a beale arrested, may even be Peter. In his departure scenes he is merely holding a rucksack so for a man moving to New Zealand he didnt look like he put a lot of effort into packing! I think he may even take the blame for one of the other beales that is arrested or something along those lines.

Dyer plays his role well I feel, though I can imagine he may get on people's nerves in real life judging by his persona in interviews etc. Oh well at least he isn't Shane Ritchie

Things you probably didn't notice during Live Week:

    http://metro.co.uk/2015/02/21/eastenders-live-week-2015-things-you-probably-didnt-notice-during-live-week-5073442/

I think most of them were spotted by us. I know I got a couple of them, but totally never clicked about the colour of Jane's dress reflecting the colour of the opening titles.

If Peter or Cindy is arrested, I wonder what Ian and Jane would do then

How did Patrick's fall make Emma realise Lucy was killed at her own home

Dean said in the pub that he only left Patrick for 5 minutes and he thought he'd be fine in his own home. That got Emma thinking that Lucy could have been hurt at home.

Yes. But seems pretty extreme to then go and ring Jane and say 'I know you killed Lucy' based on that?

I can't believe Emma was that bright and clever to jump that conclusion, this needs to be cleared up by EE, so many more unanswered questions now since the reveal

It got her thinking it could have happened at home and when she looked into it more she realised that Jane's car wasn't there in the video when she said she saw Lauren A
at the house. It's not that big a leap.

I agree it's not that big a leap to make that conclusion that she was likely the killer / played the part.

I'm still of the opinion that it's a fairly big leap to contact her and say I know you killed Lucy.

Unless it was that she was pretty certain and wanted to test her reaction and try to get a confession if so.

But to know without certainty based on that is a tad much.

I bet EE wished they killed of Peter instead of Lucy now that he is leaving

So from Dean running to the pub to tell Denise about Patrick's fall, Emma jumped to the conclusion Lucy was killed at home by Jane with the jewellery box, the video footage from the phone didn't come out until after that so how was Jane even a suspect then, I would have thought Jane didn't become a suspect for Emma until she gave Lauren a false alibi and her car wasn't in the phone footage

If I remember correctly Emma ran out of the Vic that night and looked around the Square at houses (Beales, Brannings and now maybe Massods)

Sorry I just cant see how she cracked it then

Emma didn't ever mention the jewellery box. I can't remember what order the things happened but Patrick's fall got her to thinking it happened at home. The false alibi and the car not in the video got her to Jane. As someone said above she may have phoned her up to get a reaction, she may not have been 100% sure before talking to her. Maybe there is more to come out but if there isn't what they've explained makes perfect sense.

So I assume Bobby killing his sister will not even be mentioned over next few weeks? Perhaps they will film emergency scenes though over next few weeks to keep the narrative flowing. Wont see Kathy for at least few weeks though definitely. When she does come back she will be in a lot of scenes which have to be perfect so they won't be rushing them.

Who is left that she would have known?

    Phil
    Sharon
    Ian
    Cindy??
    Billy
    Carol
    Sonia
    Dot
    Tracey!
    Martin
Not sure she ever met slaters, they respectively left/arrived in 2000
    Peter will be gone....

    Think

Some of the cast knew since before Christmas about it being Bobby so it's possible they've been filming Beale scenes on the sly so they can carry on with the story even if only a little bit.

    Yep.

And I also thought it was odd that they were filming scenes on Friday daytime, despite the fully live episode that night, so must've been essential, and every chance that some of those related to imminent scenes.

    I'm actually crying! :-(

Yeah, i imagine all the beales apart from the actor who plays bobby knew. he only found out monday. I envisage they have been doing several runs of that live episode over the few weeks.
