I've seen a couple in secondhand/vintage markets over the years. For new you might try Weirs though it'll cost you an arm and probably both your legs. There are a few good silversmiths/manufacturing jeweller that will craft one for you, try Barry Doyle in the Georges Street Arcade for example.
I get mine on EBay, good price and a large selection.

I'm older than Minecraft goats.
