    Document every incident of being left out of something, any comment, names, times etc, proactively ask to be included if you have to and write down the response and the reasoning if they refuse, and organise a meeting with your HR person to inform them.

    It's a good idea to record everything like this. But before going all formal with your complaints would you try a more informal approach and have a casual chat with your manager? You don't want to put anyone's nose out of joint if it's unnecessary. Albeit very naive maybe they genuinely think you need to be taking it a bit easier now that you're pregnant?

    You don't need to make a complaint with HR yet but let them know that you're concerned, have an open dialogue and they will likely advise you to do the same thing as I did, document, and then talk to your manager. If you talk to the manager and nothing changes then there's a record of you having already expressed your concerns to HR first. Manager doesn't need to know anything, HR convos are confidential unless you want to take it further.
