    We've received your private message and will look into your query as soon as we can. Just for general info, the Moving Home section of our website provides lots of useful information for customers closing accounts or transferring accounts from one premises to another.

    Pay-as-you-go customers can have a new pay-as-you-go meter installed at the new property - further info here.
