Ok the the question is in the Title.

Started an Asian Cooking course and looking for a Asian Supermarket on Dublin Northside. Think there is one in Swords and not sure if there is one in the Butterly Business Park Artane? I know there are a few in Coolmine and Blanch but looking for something closer.

Also looking to buy a decent non stick frying pan or Tawa for making some Flatbread.

    All suggestions welcome.

    Thanks

ALDI might be able to give you a headstart on Sunday while you're looking for a reliable place...

There's an Asian supermarket in the Aldi complex in finglas,a huge one beside the jervis luas stop and lots of them in the dorset st area.

Make sure you buy fish sauce if you're serious about Asian cooking..you cant cook thai or Vietnamese without it!

I have yet to find a great asian supermarket in the suburbs, there are some smaller ones around for the basics but if you wants a good choice you have to go into the city centre. There is the Asia Market in Drury St which is excellent, staff very helpful and will give you lots of advice if you need it. There is one on the northside near Jervis St Luas stop - never used it though.

If anyone knows of any good ones I'd love to know too
