    Can anyone give advice on a good beautician in Waterford for general makeovers? Looking to treat my other half. :)

    Spirit down on the quay / end of Penrose Lane - they do makeup and also massages, treatments etc so if you got a voucher for there she could choose herself?
    Really nice place and the staff are lovely.

    I second that. They are lovely and the place itself is so relaxing. They usually have offers coming up to Valentines Day
